Production:
Many steps are taken in the production for the woodwork to ensure quality and durability.

• Dimensioning: Wood is calibrated to exact length, width and height, set by design.
• Machining: Wood is planed to provide a smoothed and leveled texture and is ripped for width.
• Assembly: Each piece of the doorway is pieced together and glued to perfection.
• Finishing: Doorway is sanded and stained, and any added glass or wrought iron is assembled and installed by hand.
• Crating: Doorway is packaged and shipped in specific crate made to fit any order.
